Our Service to You
We offer an unconditional guarantee of every item’s authenticity and completeness as described. All books are collated and inspected, and any defects are noted in the published description.
Any item may be returned for a full refund if it is unsatisfactory for any reason, provided we are notified within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are limited to the original purchase price, including the initial delivery cost.
Items selected for pickup will be held for up to 14 days. If an item is not picked up within that period, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Preorder Policy
Titles purchased before their official release date will become available on the release date.
Preorder items that require shipping will be shipped on the release date unless otherwise noted.
Shipping & Handling
All orders placed on madredbooks.com include a $1.00 handling fee.
Orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail unless another shipping option is selected at checkout. Insurance may be included with certain shipping methods.
Urgent Deliveries
Customers may choose and pay for an upgraded shipping method at checkout. Mad Red Books will apply the selected method accordingly.
Refunds & Returns
When a refund is approved, the amount paid for the item at the time of purchase will be refunded to the same credit or debit card used for the original transaction whenever possible.
Once the returned item is received, Mad Red Books LLC will begin processing the refund immediately. Refunds typically clear within 3 to 5 business days.
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were originally delivered. Mad Red Books will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive not as described on our website. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Promotions & Coupon Codes
Promotional codes may occasionally be offered through newsletter sign-ups, social media, prizes, or other marketing campaigns.
- Only one code may be used per order.
- Each code is valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated.
- Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or coupon codes.
- Codes cannot be applied to already discounted or sale items.
- Additional restrictions may apply.
To redeem a promotion, enter the code in the “Apply discount code” field during checkout. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied automatically.
